Female economics student from Russia looking for a room

I am looking for a room in Passau up to 400 euro per month for a long-term rent (from 6 months to 2 years). Prefer flats near Passau University. Could leave both with males and females.
I am a 24 years old student from Russia. Come at the end of September to get master degree in Econimics.
Non-smoker, no pets.
Now I live in Russia, Moscow. Currently I am working as a business-analyst in the Michelin Tyres Company. (Ever heard of Bibendum? I will introduce you to him)
Speak English (and of course Russian), trying to learn Deutch. Like reading, hiking, cycling, travelling, writing.
I prefer to keep rooms and kitchen clean. Don't cook dishes with strong unpleasant smell :)
I am going to do Development Study in the Passau University. Hope to find new friends along students and flatmates :) Also hope to find a mate to practice German. And who knows - may be you want to learn Russian.
