I'm looking for an apartment in Passau

My name is Dmitrii, and I'm looking for long-term accommodation preferably near the University, but it's okay if the apartment will be not in the centre.

Some information about me: I've studied for 4 years in Moscow as business-analytics and currently I'm going to obtain a Master degree at the University of Passau as data-scientist. I'm 22 years old, a non-smoking, responsible-minded and reliable person with optimistic and positive attitude.

Moreover, I've already enrolled in Passau and looking for the apartment, but I must stay at the quarantine until 8th October, so I can sign the contract only after that time. As the proof of trustworthiness, I can present the confirmation of blocked account and the document of enrolment. Please let me know if you need any other documents.

My warm upper limit is 550€ per month, and I'd like to arrange to view the apartment before signing a rental contract if it's possible. If you have any specific inquiries about me, I would be happy to answer questions.
