Brazilian law exchange student, 23 years old, searching for a place to live during the summer semester near the Uni.

I'm a law student from Brazil who is going to study in Passau for one semester (Summer semester 2022). I search for a clean and well organized place to stay near the Uni. From 31.03.2022 / 31.08.2022.
I don't smoke and I am vaccinated against COVID-19.
I am friendly, I speak English well, Portuguese is my mother tongue, and I can communicate in German (B2) and Spanish.
I am extroverted, but not really a party person, I rather have good conversations, sit in a bar or something like this.
I am not a good cooker but open to learn new things.
I really like to talk about culture, films, literature, politics, psychoanalysis and so on.
I usually play tennis, soccer and go to the gym, although I'm not really into fitness lifestyle haha.
I hope I can find a good place to stay for the next semester that is clean, well organized and near to the University so I can go by foot to the classes.
This is the third time that I try to go to Passau, I couldn't before because of the pandemics. I'm have excellent expectations for the next semester.
