Searching for a room in a shared apartment

Ich bin Safiullah und studiere im laufenden Semester MSC Informatik an der Universität Passau. Ich suche eine Wohnung, vorzugsweise in der Nähe der Universität. Aber ich habe nichts dagegen, ein Stück zu laufen oder den Bus zu nehmen. Da ich neu in Deutschland bin, würde ich lieber bei einer Mitbewohnerin wohnen.

Ich bin freundlich, fürsorglich und rücksichtsvoll und versichere Ihnen, dass ich nicht in Ihre Privatsphäre eindringen werde. Ich versichere Ihnen, lästige Haushaltsarbeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten zu teilen. Ich kann selbst kochen, putzen und Wäsche waschen.

Ich bin offen für alle Kulturen, Erfahrungen und Menschen und gewährleiste Toleranz.

I am Safiullah, I'm studying MSC computer Science at the University of Passau in ongoing semester.. I am looking for an apartment ,preferably, close to the University. Though, I won't mind walking some distance or taking the bus. I would prefer to live with a roommate as I am new in Germany.

I am friendly, caring and considerate and assure you that I will not intrude into your privacy. I assure to share household chores and responsibilities. I can cook, clean and do laundry of my own.
