Ich wohne mit meinen 3 Kids (9,15,16) in einem schönen 1 Familienhaus in Appen. Die Busanbindung ist gut und trotzdem wohnen wir mitten im grünen. Eine kleine Terasse und ein Garten gehören mit zum Haus. Das Zimmer das wir anzubieten haben, hat ca 12 qm und liegt im Erdgeschoß. Es hat 2 große Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell und freundlich. Die Miete liegt bei 300 € Warm. In der Miete enthalten sind, Wasser, Strom, Telefon ( Festnetzt und Internet Flatrate), Heizkosten. In der Küche gibt es ein eigenes Gefrierfach und im Kühlschrank ebenso. Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort oder nach Absprache zu mieten. Man kann es nach eigenem ermessen renovieren und einrichten, es sollte bei Auszug allerdings wieder tapeziert und weiß gestrichen sein.
