Our WG rooms are rented "all-inclusive". i.e. the pure rent is only between 170 and 200.- € and thus significantly cheaper than when renting an apartment. And in the all-inclusive rental, there are many services that they need to pay for in a rental apartment not only at the top but also to organize themselves...

You save not only thousands of euros for purchases, but also all the stress for purchases, transports, furniture mountings, waiting for the internet technician or delivery dates...

With our all-inclusive rentals, you can take in immediately after the rental contract and the room transfer and concentrate fully on your training, study or new job.

While rent apartments have the risk of high additional costs, this is all included in the rent.

And the housework, which is completely in the case of a separate rental apartment, is divided among the inhabitants by a WG. All you need to bring is the willingness to integrate yourself into a community, e.g. leave the kitchen and the bathroom clean after use.

Unsere WG-Zimmer werden "all-inclusive"-vermietet. d.h. die reine Miete liegt nur zwischen 170 und 200.- € und somit deutlich günstiger, als bei der Anmietung einer Wohnung. Und in der all-inclusive-Miete sind also viele Leistungen enthalten, die sie bei einer Mietwohnung nicht nur obendrauf bezahlen müssen, sondern auch noch selbst organisieren müssen...

Bei unseren all-inclusive-Mieten kannst Du nach Abschluß des Mietvertrags und der Zimmerübergabe gleich einziehen und Dich voll auf Deine Ausbildung, Studium oder neue Stelle konzentrieren.

Während es bei Mietwohnungen das Risiko von hohen Nebenkostenanchzahlungen gibt, ist das bei uns alles in der Miete enthalten.

Und die Hausarbeit, die bei einer eigenen Mietwohnung komplett anfällt, wird bei einer WG unter den Bewohnern aufgeteilt. Alles was Du mitbringen musst, ist die Bereitschaft, Dich in eine Wohngemeinschaft zu integrieren, z.B. die Küche und das Bad nach der Benutzung wieder sauber zu hinterlassen.
