Hi,
Für das nächste Semester bin ich im Ausland und möchte für die Zeit mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer kann ich nur an Studierende der Universität Potsdam vermieten.
Mit ca. 15m² ist das Zimmer angenehm groß und auch schon komplett möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Lampe, Vorhänge, Stuhl).
Zudem würde ich meinen eigenen Stehschreibtisch und Bürostuhl für die Zeit zur Verfügung stellen.

Die Lage ist für mich optimal. Direkt neben dem Campus Griebnitzsee, zur S-Bahn sind es nur 5 Minuten und schöne Natur mit dem Gribenitzsee und einem Wald hat man auch direkt um die Ecke.
In der WG wohnt noch ein weiterer Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer kann ich nur an Studierende der Universität Potsdam vermieten.
