I have a 22m2 room for commuters in the green Potsdam Babelsberg. The room is furnished with table, dresser and sofa bed. The rental is valid only on working days for professionals without home office. Rental is valid for two nights a week. The room may be equipped with its own furniture provided they are taken back at the end of the rental period.
It is a renovated old building with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A compartment is provided in the refrigerator, as well as in the kitchen cabinet. Wi-Fi is also available, with a 100,000 line.
Since I myself am queer & flinta*, I prefer to rent the room to other queere flinta*s.
Ich habe ein 22m² Zimmer für Pendler*innen im grünen Potsdam Babelsberg anzubieten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Tisch, Kommode und Schlafcouch. Die Vermietung gilt nur Werktags für Berufstätige ohne Homeoffice. Die Vermietung gilt für zwei Übernachtungen in der Woche. Das Zimmer darf mit eigenen Möbeln bestückt werden, vorausgesetzt, sie werden am Ende der Mietzeit wieder mitgenommen.
Es handelt sich um eine sanierte Altbauwohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Bad. Dir wird ein Fach im Kühlschrank, sowie im Küchenschrank zur Verfügung gestellt. WLAN gibt es auch, mit einer 100.000er Leitung.
Da ich selbst queer & flinta* bin, vermiete ich das Zimmer bevorzugt an andere queere flinta*s.
The apartment is located in Babelsberg and is very well connected to the S-Bahn station. By train you are in the middle of Berlin within 20 minutes. Otherwise, there are various shopping facilities and within 10 minutes you are in the park.
Die Wohnung liegt in Babelsberg und ist sehr gut an den S-Bahnhof angebunden. Mit dem Zug ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Berlin Mitte. Ansonsten gibt's diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man im Park.
I (30; he/they) work and live alone in the apartment. I am often on the go and otherwise a very quiet person. I would like to rent the room to a nice and also quiet person who is looking for accommodation for work under the week.
