Da ich das schöne Potsdam zum 01.10 verlasse, biete ich mein 24 qm großes WG-Zimmer in bester Lage zur unbefristeten Miete an.
Insgesamt gibt es in der Wohnung 7 Zimmer, 2 Bäder, eine Küche, einen Balkon und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und schön hell.
Bei Bedarf könnte ein großer, 2 Jahre alter IKEA Pax Schrank für 150€ übernommen werden.
Der Einzug könnte nach Bedarf auch schon zum 15.9 erfolgen.

Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Gutenbergstraße, Ecke Hans-Thoma-Str.
Die Haltestelle Holzmarktstraße ist fußläufig in 2 min erreichbar.
Zur Brandenburgerstr. sind es ca. 8 min zu Fuß.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe.
Abends sitzen wir gerne mal bei einem Bier oder Glas Wein zusammen.
