Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank, ein 1,0mx2,0m Bett, ein Regal und einen Schreibtisch sowie Vorhänge für die Fenster. Man kann jedoch durchaus eigene Möbel mitbringen, ich habe das hauseigene Bett beispielsweise nie benutzt. Die Anordnung der Wohnung ist eher zweckmäßig, die gemeinsam benutzten Räume befinden sich zwischen den Zimmern der Bewohnern und jeder hat seine eigene Tür in die Küche. Es gibt außerdem eine Terrasse direkt in den Innenhof.

The room is furnitured with a large closet, a single bed, a shelf and a desk, as well as curtains for the windows. However, you can bring your own furniture, for instance I never used the bed. The apartment is comparted rather practically with the shared rooms located between the residents rooms so that both residents have their own door to the kitchen. The room also has it's own terrace out into the courtyard.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich etwa mittig zwischen S-Bhf Babelsberg(8min zu Fuß) und Potsdam HBF(12min zu Fuß). Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt an der Straße, von wo der Bus 3 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. Jeder Campus der Stadt ist also in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Tramstation Alt-Nowawes in 5 Minuten fußläufig. Ein Rewe, Netto und Tankstelle sind ebenfalls in je 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein Fitnessstudio.

The accomodation home is located in the center of S-Bhf Babelsberg(8min on foot) and Potsdam central/HBF(12min on foot). A bus station right at the street lets you travel to the central station in 3 minutes. Therefore, all campus' can be reached in around 20 minutes. The tram station Alt-Nowawes is 5 minutes away on foot. Rewe and Netto supermarkets as well as a gas station are 5 minutes on foot away.
Just across the street there is a gym.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Arne(30), macht gerade seinen Master in Astrophysik. Das WG-Leben ist eher zweckmäßig und ruhig. Wir hatten in der ganzen Zeit die ich dort gewohnt habe keinerlei Probleme miteinander und haben uns sehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist eher sehr offen, respektvoll, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Von einem neuen Mitbewohner wird also dasselbe erwartet, sonst gibt es aber keine Ansprüche.

Your roommate is Arne(30), who's in his masters degree in Astrophysics at the moment. The apartment life is rather practical and calm. Throughout the whole time we've lived together, we never had any issues whatsoever and kept to ourselves. However, he is very open, respectful, helping and always available. The next tenant is expected to behave the same, however that is the only requirement.
Das Gebäude ist ein Neubau und sehr modern, sowie sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Waschküche, wo man für 3 Euro waschen kann. In der Küche befindet sich ein elektrisches Kochfeld, ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Ein optionales Kellerabteil und Parkplatz können angemietet werden.
Ich suche schnellstmöglichst einen Nachmieter, damit ich meinen eigenen Mietvertrag vorzeitig beenden kann. Der Mietvertrag ist halbjährlich kündbar und hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von einem Jahr. Die Miete ist ein Pauschalpreis und beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, Internet und Telefon sowie Hausmeister etc. Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Kosten.

The building is new and very modern and very calm. There is a shared laundry room, where you can wash for 3 Euro per load. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and a microwave. A optional basement storage and parking spot can be rented.
I'm looking for a subsequent renter as quickly as possible to end my own rental contract early. It can be cancelled every 6 months and the minimum rental period is 1 year. The rent includes water, energy, internet and phone as well as janitor etc. There are no additional costs.
