Hallo zusammen,
Es wird ab Februar ein Zimmer in meiner 3 Zimmer Wohnung frei. Das Zimmer hat ca 13 5 qm und Balkonzugang. Von den Nachbarn hört man so gut wie nichts.
Das Zimmer nebenan wird von mir bewohnt und hat auch Balkon Zugang. Man könnte den Balkon auch mittig teilen oder ähnliches, aber ist kein Muss.
Dazu gibt es eine Küche mit Induktionsfeld und Geschirrspüler große Kühlschrank und Gefrierkombi, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, extra WC. Kleines Keller Abteil
Es ist eine ruhige Lage in einer Siedlung.
Ca. 8 Minuten zum See, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. 3 Minuten zum Bäcker.
Ich selbst bin examinierter Krankenpfleger und aktuell noch bundesweit tätig. Daher bin ich oftmals nicht zuhaue.
Wenn ich da bin würde ich mich als ruhig aber gesselig beschreiben. Alles kann nichts muss.
Ich bin offen für gemeinsame Abende oder Ausflüge wenn die Chemie stimmt. Habe aber nichts dagegen wenn jeder sein Leben lebt.
Es wird bei Einzug ein Untermietvertrag geschlossen.
Dieser ist auf ein Jahr befristet, die Höhe der Miete ist abhängig von der Anzahl der gemieteten Zimmer.
