Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, hat 2 große Fenster, Kabel-TV-Anschluß, einen neuen Teppich und liegt zu einer ruhigen Staßenkehre hinaus.
Mitbenutzt werden können Küche, Eßecke, der große Balkon, Bad, Gäste-WC, Flur und Kellerraum.
Es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, einen Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächern und einen Telefon- und Internetanschluß.
Im Keller gibt es 2 Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen, 1 Trockner, Trockenräume und Fahrradstellplätze.
Ein Parkhaus gibt´s nicht weit entfernt.
Sämtliche Kosten (auch Strom) sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Kehre, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Quickborner Bahnhof/ZOB, direkt in der Innenstadt von Quickborn.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke, in die Natur sind es allerdings auch nur 10 Min. zu Fuß.
Mit Bahn oder Auto braucht man ca. eine halbe Stunde bis Hamburg-Altona.
Die Stadt hat einen Autobahnanschluß und liegt im Hamburger Randgebiet.
Moin,
da ich am Wochenende viel bei meinem Freund in HH bin, wird das WG-Leben eher ruhig.
Aber ich bin grundsätzlich gesellig, offen, unkompliziert und tolerant, aber strukuriert, ordentlich und sauber.
Auf letzteres lege ich zumindest in den Gemeinschaftsräumen auch großen Wert.
