Das Zimmer ist vor sechs Monaten von mir beim Einzug gestrichen worden und wird auch so übergeben. Es gibt Rollo und Fensterbank. Die Küche ist bis auf eine funktionsfähige Spülmaschine(Stellplatz für Neuanschaffung also vorhanden) voll ausgestattet(Ceran, 900W µ~, Besteck, kleine Sitzecke + genug Lagerfläche für jeden).
Zur Bushaltestelle braucht man ca. 2 Minunten. Man kommt in einem Rutsch bis zum S-Bahnhof Ost und Düsseldorf Flughafen Bahnhof. Von da aus geht es quasi ohne Umsteigen durch ganz NRW. Das Mosaik West(Netto, Aldi, Obst/Gemüse Laden, Apotheke, Bar, ...) ist ca. 5 Minuten weg. Sonst ist es trotz des großen Gebäudes sehr ruhig.
Die WG besteht hauptsächlich aus HP-Studenten/Azubis die hier um die Ecke ihren Praxisteil machen. Es gibt hier noch einige weitere Technologiefirmen, die Lehrplätze anbieten. Die Studenten sind nur die hälfte der Zeit in Ratingen und reisen zum Theorietrimester wieder ab. Das heißt man hat dann die Wohnung weitgehen für sich.
