Das Zimmer ist voll mobiliert und phasenweise im dreimonatigem Wechsel zu vermieten. Die WG wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett neu renoviert und die Zimmer sind auf zwei Stockwerken verteilt. Außerdem ist die WG ausgestattent mit zwei Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Trockner.
Die WG liegt in der Innenstadt von Weingarten. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt eine gute Busanbintung nach Ravensburg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie das Kaufland, sind auch innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es ist keine Zweck-WG und deshalb suche ich auch jemanden, der Lust auf ein nettes Miteinander hat.
Wir kochen abends gerne mal zusammen oder unternehmen etwas gemeinsam.
In der WG ist es ordentlich und sauber. Es gibt einen Putzplan für das Bad und die Küche.
