Das Zimmer mit Holzboden geht nach hinten zum Garten raus wo es angenehm ruhig ist. Der Garten ist mitbenutzbar. Ich bin Architekt und arbeite von zuhause aus. Da ich eine Internetphobie habe und eher alternativ bin, habe ich kein Internet. Habe aber kein Problem das nachträglich auf Wunsch zu installieren bei Kostenteilung.
Ich wünsche mir eine/n gesellige/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der nicht nur in ihrem Zimmer hockt und zB auch mal Lust auf gemeinsames Kochen, quatschen und spielen hat...
ich spiele gerne Gitarre und singe. Fallas das stört, kein Problem. Mitsinger und spieler sehr willkommen.
Einfach anrufen und vorbeischauen. An der Wohnung schätze ich die Nähe zum Bahnhof, zur Innenstadt und zur Natur. Es ist sehr ruhig. Sowohl von der Umgebung als auch im Haus. Die Leute im Haus sind völlig ok.
