Hallo,
Ich suche von Mitte Febrauar bis Anfang April einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer (Ein- und Auszug evtl auch früher / später auf Anfrage).
Es ist 16m² groß, mit den zwei Fenstern nach Süden hin immer schön hell. Mit 2 Heizkörpern, kalt wirds also auch nicht!
Es wird möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderstange / Regalkombination, Kommode und Schreibtisch vermietet.
Sie ganze Wohnung ist vor 2 Jahren neu renoviert worden. Dazu gehören ein großes Bad, extra WC, gemütliche Küche mit großem Tisch, an dem wir öfter mal zusammen hocken. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden.
Super Lage zwischen Uni und Altstadt, jeweils nur 15 Miuten zu Fuß. Die nächste Haltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt, von dort fahren alle 10 Miuten Busse Richtung Uni oder in die Stadt. Auch nur 300m entfernt sind die Arcarden mit vielen Läden, Cafes und auch Supermarkt, also alles da, was man braucht.
Mit dir wohnen Jana und Sophia dort, Jana studiert Pharmazie und Sophia kommt gerade aus ihrem Auslandsemester zurück.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, gerne wird mal zusammen gekocht und in der Küche zusammen gehockt.
Wenn man seine Ruhe möchte ist das aber auch gar kein Problem.
Bei den 420€ ist alles dabei, also Strom, Wasser, Internet...
