beautiful WG room at the east gate schönes WG Zimmer am Ostentor

We live right on the east gate, only 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the Dachauplatz, from where you are very fast at the university/OTH. Packed with a bottle of wine, you are quickly in the green (Villa Park) with Danube view. Rewe and net are also not far:)

Wir wohnen direkt am Ostentor, also nur 5 Minuten Gehzeit von der Innenstadt und dem Dachauplatz entfernt, von wo aus du ganz schnell an der Uni/OTH bist. Mit einer Flasche Wein bepackt ist man schnell im Grünen (Villa Park) mit Donau Blick. Und Rewe und Netto sind auch nicht weit :)

And so that you can get to know us a little bit more, let's just talk about us.

Emma (22): I study music and movement-oriented social work in the 7th Semester and sing and dance logically like :) I also keep the WG with my guitar, piano or trumpet play, while I first learn the latter, hihi. Of course, take into consideration!
If I don't just make music, I like to play and watch theater, knit, read or paint. For games and movie nights I'm always to have! And also for cooking and baking together (vegan/vegetarian). Otherwise, I meet with friends on the Danube, go dancing or on flea markets to treasures :)

Annika (25): I study psychology in the sixth semester and I am the bicycle helmet officer of the WG. In addition to traffic safety, I burn for potatoes in any form of preparation and for reality TV (from purely psychological interest, of course). Thanks to our Beamer, our WG is a popular watch party place for Princess Charming, Golden Bachelor and similar. In summer I usually find myself with friends on the Danube, on the next flea market or with an ice cream coffee on our couch.

For a new WG life with you, we would like to have joint activities :) such as cooking/game or film evenings, joint walks and evenings on the Danube, bar visits, ploughs in the kitchen or city walks. Everyone is always welcome to visit! And, of course, everyone gets their privacy (testing phases we all have). We also have a cleaning plan, for the sake of simplicity, but don't worry, we're not a puppet!

We would be delighted to meet you even better, perhaps with a coffee or Chai Latte ;)

Und damit du uns auch noch bisschen kennenlernen kannst, erzählen wir mal noch kurz von uns :)

Emma (22): ich studiere Musik und Bewegungsorientierte Soziale Arbeit im 7. Semester und singe und tanze logischerweise gern :) Ich unterhalte die WG auch mal mit meinem Gitarren-, Klavier oder Trompetenspiel, wobei ich letzteres erst lerne, hihi. Nehme aber natürlich Rücksicht!
Wenn ich nicht grad Musik mache, spiele und schau ich gern Theater, stricke, lese oder male. Für Spiele und Filmabende bin ich immer zu haben! Und auch fürs gemeinsame kochen und backen (vegan/vegetarisch). Ansonsten treff ich mich mit Freund*innen an der Donau, gehe tanzen oder auf Flohmärkten nach Schätzen stöbern :)

Annika (25): ich studiere Psychologie im sechsten Semester und bin die Fahrradhelmbeauftragte der WG. Neben der Verkehrssicherheit brenne ich für Kartoffeln in jeder Zubereitungsform und für Reality TV (aus rein psychologischem Interesse natürlich). Dank unseres Beamers ist unsere WG ein beliebter Watch-Party-Ort für Princess Charming, Golden Bachelor und ähnliches. Im Sommer findet man mich meistens mit Freund*innen an der Donau, auf dem nächsten Flohmarkt oder mit einem Eiskaffee auf unserer Couch.

Für ein neues WG Leben mit dir würden wir uns gemeinsame Aktivitäten wünschen :) wie Koch/Spiel oder Filmeabende, gemeinsame Spaziergänge und Abende an der Donau, Barbesuche, Pläusche in der Küche oder Stadtbummel. Jede*r darf immer gern Besuch mitbringen! Und natürlich bekommt auch jede*r seine/ihre Privatsphäre (Prüfungsphasen haben wir ja alle). Wir haben auch einen Putzplan, der Einfachheit halber, aber keine Sorge, wir sind keine Putzteufel :))!

Wir würden uns voll freuen, dich noch besser kennenzulernen, vielleicht ja bei einem Kaffee oder Chai Latte ;)

Your pre-rent Anna would like to leave the bed (1.40m), the wooden shelf next to the door, the fold-out desk and, if necessary, the coat rack there, detachment 50€.
The very comfortable & good mattress can also be taken over for 180€ (model Emma one, bought for 310€ two years ago). We can discuss more precisely in person :)

Deine Vormieterin Anna würde gerne das Bett (1,40m), das Holzregal neben der Tür, den ausklappbaren Schreibtisch und nach Bedarf die Kleiderstange da lassen, Ablöse 50€.
Gerne kann auch die sehr bequeme & gute Matratze für 180€ übernommen werden (Modell Emma one, vor zwei Jahren für 310€ gekauft). Genaueres können wir gerne persönlich besprechen :)
