16m2 Zimmer In 2er WG in der Regensburger Innenstadt

Die Lage ist super, ca. 250m vom Arnulfsplatz entfernt und somit optimal bezüglich öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Die Donau ist ebenfalls nur ca. 300m entfernt, hier kann im Sommer beispielsweise gegrillt werden!
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die legendäre Kreuzschänke (bekannt für ihre riesigen Schnitzel, aber auch tolle vegetarische Gerichte) inklusive gemütlichen Biergarten. Auch einige der schönsten Parks der Stadt sind super leicht zu erreichen!
Die Nachbarschaft ist schön ruhig, aber man ist trotzdem sehr schnell in der Innenstadt wenn es einem danach ist.
Zum Bismarckplatz ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Sonstige Institutionen des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich ebenfalls in direkter Nähe, ein Netto, das Ärztehaus inkl. Apotheke am Arnulfsplatz... alles, was man so braucht.

The location could not be better, it's about a 5 minute walk from Arnulfsplatz where you can catch all the buses, cabs, and other modes of transportation. It's in a super quiet neighborhood that is still super central, so kind of the best of both worlds in my opinion xD
The Danube is also only a few minutes away, which makes it the perfect place to hang out during the summer months. Oh, and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention our proximity to some of the city's most beautiful parks!
There's a lovely little beergarden right across the street offering up delicious schnitzels and other dishes.
Bismarckplatz is also just a stone's throw away.
Everything else you might need on a daily basis, like a supermarket, doctor's office, pharmacy, etc, are all super easy to reach.

Ich bin als Übersetzerin teils selbstständig, teils angestellt unterwegs und unter der Woche seit der Pandemie hauptsächlich im Home-Office, wobei ich an 2 Tagen ins Büro gehe.
Am liebsten höre ich Musik auf meinem Plattenspieler, spiele Gitarre, lese, gehe ins Kino, schaue Filme und TV-Shows und hänge mit Freund*innen ab. Im Sommer spiele ich gern Softball oder Speedminton und gehe in den Park oder an die Donau.
Chillen ist auf jeden Fall sehr wichtig und generell gute und entspannte Vibes auch :)
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich wie erwähnt ein Plattenspieler mit meiner Plattensammlung, ein TV, ein großer Esstisch, ein Sofatisch, Sofa, Gitarre... die natürlich alle auch gern mit benutzt werden dürfen.
Was das WG-Leben betrifft, ist mir Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und gegenseitiger Respekt wichtig. Klar kann es vorkommen, dass man mal Stress hat und keine Zeit hat, zu putzen oder aufzuräumen, aber das sollte dann bei nächster Gelegenheit doch gemacht werden.
Vor allem ist es mir wichtig, dass ich mich zurückziehen kann, und mein*e Mitbewohner*in das versteht (wobei natürlich gemeinsamen Kochen oder einem Fernsehabend nichts im Wege steht!).
Da ich berufstätig bin, würde ich mir von meiner/m Mitbewohner*in wünschen, das zu respektieren und sich an einem ähnlichen Rhythmus zu orientieren.

Gerne kann auch gemeinsam etwas unternommen werden, ist aber kein Muss :)

I'm a translator working for the university here in Regensburg in addition to being a freelancer. I work from home three days out of the week and the other two days I go into the office.
Some of my favorite things to do are listening to music on my record player, playing guitar, reading, going to the movies, watching movies and TV shows at home, hanging out with friends. When it's warm out, I like to go outside and play softball, badminton, speedminton, or other fun stuff in a park or down by the river.
Chill vibes are very important :)
The living room features a record player and my record collection, a TV, a large dining table, a coffee table, a couch, a guitar... all of which you'd be free to use.

Hygiene and tidiness are pretty important to me, so ideally, you would share those same priorities to a significant extent. Obviously, there are some days that are just so busy, you can't find the time to do those dishes or get your stuff straightened out in the living room. That's completely fine, as long as we both look after each other's posessions and make sure we clean up after ourselves as soon as we can.
I do love me some me-time and hopefully, you can respect that and it doesn't ever have to feel awkward :)
Some days, I'll shut the door to my bed room if I need to decompress and be by myself, but otherwise, my door is open and you'll maybe even get to hear me sing Beatles songs (and I'll let you decide if you want to close the door to YOUR room hahaha).
Because I have a 9-5, week days do tend to follow a certain routine and rhythm, and I'd like my roommate to respect that and, you know, not throw a rave on a Tuesday night xD
I think it comes down to open communication, tidiness, and mutual respect and care for each other and for each other's personal belongings.
Also - I'm certainly open to hanging out and stuff, but it's not a deal breaker if we don't :)
