Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 5er WG.
Das Zimmer hat ca 13m² und ein großes Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer immer schönes Licht hat.
In der WG leben noch eine Frau und drei Männer. Alle studieren derzeit.
Die Wohnung ist nur 2 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, die dich in 10-15 min in die Innenstadt bringt.
Die Uni und Oth sind ebenfalls mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 8 min erreichbar und mit dem Bus in ca. 15 min.
Alles in allem ist die Lage sehr ruhig und hat ebenfalls in 2 min Reichweite einen Bäcker, Ärzte, Norma und Postfiliale.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Jeder kann sein Ding machen, wenn aber Interesse an z.B. gemeinsamen Kochen besteht ist das auch gegeben.
