We have in our WG the entire attic from the house for us, i.e. there are no neighbors on the floor that we could disturb, about us is no one and also from among us one hears nothing!
The wall from your room to the room is double, and from your room to the kitchen is the fireplace in between, so you will not be disturbed if someone has guests. The two southern windows are new, well insulated and with outdoor role. The road is very quiet at night and you can sleep well with open window. Another window shows east.
The room that is now free is the largest of all with 30sqm. A paravent that is also left in the WG divides the space into two halves.
The couch, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers can be taken over for little money.

Wir haben in unserer WG das gesamte Dachgeschoss vom Haus für uns, d.h. es gibt keine Nachbarn auf der Etage die wir stören könnten, über uns ist niemand und auch von unter uns hört man nichts!
Die Wand vom deinem Zimmer zum Mitbewohner ist doppelt, und von deinem Zimmer zur Küche ist der Kamin dazwischen, so wird man auch wenig gestört wenn mal jemand Gäste da hat. Die zwei südlichen Fenster sind neu, gut isoliert und mit Außenrolladen. Die Straße ist nachts sehr ruhig und man kann gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Ein weiteres Fenster zeigt nach Osten.
Das Zimmer, das jetzt frei wird, ist das größte von allen mit 30qm. Ein Paravent, der auch in der WG gelassen wird, teilt den Raum in zwei Hälften.
Die Couch, der Schreibtisch, der Kleiderschrank und die Kommode können gerne für wenig Geld übernommen werden.
We are close to the Danube, and with the bike you get to the city center quickly, or in about 15-20 minutes to the university. DEZ and Rewe can be reached within 5 minutes by bike. The nearest bus stop is Weißenburgstraße. Almost around the corner is the cinema pub.
Wir sind nah an der Donau, und mit dem Rad kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt, oder in ca. 15-20 Minuten an die Uni. DEZ und Rewe sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist die Weißenburgstraße. Fast um die Ecke ist die Kinokneipe.
Our WG is large and offers plenty of space for joint evenings and occasional WG parties. Meeting point is usually the kitchen, then we can sit together again in the evening:)
From time to time we invite guests, usually for relaxed cooking and games evenings with good food and nice conversations. Speaking of food: We live vegetarian and look forward to roommates who also appreciate it.
Clara and Hannah study physiotherapy, Johnny studies MuB (music and movement-oriented social work).
Unsere WG ist groß und bietet viel Platz für gemeinsame Abende und gelegentliche WG-Partys. Treffpunkt ist meistens die Küche, da sitzen wir dann abends auch gerne mal noch zusammen:)
Ab und zu laden wir gemeinsam Gäste ein, meistens für entspannte Koch- und Spieleabende mit gutem Essen und netten Gesprächen. Apropos Essen: Wir leben vegetarisch und freuen uns über Mitbewohner*innen, die das ebenfalls schätzen.
Clara und Hannah studieren Physiotherapie, Johnny studiert MuB (Musik- und Bewegungsorientierte Soziale Arbeit).
We have 300mb/s Internet with a good router that doesn't make any problems. In the rent everything is included, so also electricity, internet and GEZ.
In the house there are other WGs and younger people, so all nice neighbors:)

Wir haben 300mb/s Internet mit einem guten Router der keine Probleme macht. In der Miete ist alles enthalten, also auch Strom, Internet und GEZ.
In dem Haus leben noch andere WGs und jüngere Leute, also alles nette Nachbarn:)
