Ich wohne in einer zentralen hellen Neubauwohnung, 3-Zimmer, Garten, Balkon .
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtosten, Nähe Strandbad, IT-Speicher.
Ich habe bis April diesen Jahres in einer WG gewohnt. In den darauffolgenden Monate wollte ich meine Wohnung erst einmal alleine genießen :-).
Da ich am Wochenende oft Besuch bekomme oder auch ab und an meine Ruhe genieße, würde ich das freistehende Zimmer gerne an Berufspendler vermieten (Mo.-Fr.).
Gerne auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum. Die Miete kann dann entsprechend angepasst werden.
