Sollte ich mich dazu entscheiden, ganz nach München zu gehen würde ich das andere Zimmer auch vermieten oder ich vermiete es an einen Pendler. Da es meine Eigentumswohnung ist, möchte ich eine Person, die sorgfältig mit meinen Möbeln und meiner Wohnung umgeht, da sie komplett renoviert ist (Böden geschliffen, neues Bad, alle Wände weiß gestrichen). Ich vermiete erstmal befristet für 3 Monate um zu sehen, ob es funktioniert. Danach können wir weiter eine Befristung machen. Du würdest also mit mir wohnen bzw die meiste Zeit alleine und dann hast du eigentlich eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung für dich. Das dritte Zimmer kann dann auch für Besuch von dir oder als Büro genutzt werden. Auf den Bildern ist die Wohnung noch nicht komplett eingerichtet, Bilder vom Schlafzimmer lade ich auch noch hoch.
