Das Zimmer hat ca. 18 qm Fläche mit Schrägdach. Unter dem Schrägdach ist noch eine kleine Abstellkammer. Das Fenster ist recht groß,es hat einen sehr gut abdunkelnden Rolladen und man hat Blick auf die Straße.
Falls du die Wohnung anschauen würde ich mich über einen Anruf freuen :)
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Kripp und der FH in einem sehr ruhigem Wohngebiet. An der Hauptstraße ca. 1min von der Wohnung entfernt ist eine Busshaltestelle mit Verbindung zur FH, nach Remagen und nach Sinzig. Die nechste Möglichkeit einzukaufen ist ein Remagen, dazu sollte man schon ein Auto haben. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts ausreichend in der Gegend.
Im Haus leben 3 WGs und 3 Familien. Um das zu managen gibts ein Müllplan und ein Putzplan fürs Haus.
Wie wirs dann mim Müll, putzen ec. machen müssen wir dann noch abklären.
