Hallo, Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in der WG für 2 Monaten. diese Dauer kann verlängert sein, ein Übernahme der Zimmer nach der Zwischenmiete ist auch möglich.
Das Zimmer ist ca.14 m², EG mit Bad und Einbauküche mit Kochfeld, Microwelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Fahrradhof, KFZ Stellplätze , schnelles Internet/W-Lan 100 Mbits
Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert ( Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch,..)
Warmmiete : 380 euro
Die WG ist vom Remagener Bahnhof nur 9 Minuten mit Bus entfernt. Zu Edeka, Norma oder Lidl gelangst Du in unter 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Zur Hochschule fährst Du mit dem Bus ca. 6 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad 10 bis 15 Minuten.
Auch die Natur hat hier in Remagen einiges zu bieten: die schöne Rheinpromenade ist nicht weit und auch Wald und Wiesen findest Du direkt hinterm Haus.
Jeder Student oder Praktikant sind im Haus wilkommen.
