Dies ist eine 4er WG (w/m). DIe Wohnung ist circa 100 m2 groß mit großem Flur, Küche und Bad mit Badewanne. Sie liegt direkt in Remagen City. Mit dem Fahhrad nur 7 Minuten zur FH und der Bahnhof und die Einkaufsstrasse liegt direkt vor der Tür.
Die beiden 2 Zimmer sind zusammen circa 24 m2 und eignen sich ideal für ein Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer mit kleinem eigenem Flur.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Spülmaschine.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300€ zuzüglich Strom und Internet.
