Ich suche zum 01.09.2013 zwei neue Mitbewohner (zum andern Zimmer: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Remagen-Remagen-Zentrum.3944717.html)
Dein Zimmer hat ca. 14 qm mit Fenster Richtung Osten.
Möbel können auf VB übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Bahnhof in Remagen, hat hohe Decken und ist auch sonst sehr groß (110m²). Außerdem bietet sie eine Küche mit Cerankochfeld und Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine im Bad, DSL und Festnetz.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.
Mit dem Fahrrad zum RheinAhrCampus sind es 5-10 Minuten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ärzte.
Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen aus, da sie mit ihrem Studium fertig werden. Ich studiere GuS (4. Semester).
Im gleichen Haus befinden sich weite zwei Studenten-WGs.
Es wird eine aufgeschlossene Person gesucht, die nicht nur im Zimmer hockt und jedes Wochenende heim fährt.
