Die Wohnung ist 5 min von Bushaltstelle entfernt. Mit Bus zum RAC ist ca. 6 min und mit Fahrrad ca 10 min weit. Zum Linz kann man den Fähre nehmen.
Alle Bewohner sind Studenten von dem RheinAhrCampus oder Berufstätig. Die WG ist kulturell sehr gemischt und hier ist auch jeder Willkommen. Die Küche und die beiden Bäder kann natürlich jeder benutzen wie auch die Waschmaschinen. Wir haben außerdem einen kleinen Balkon und eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
Alle Nebenkosten inklusive wie Wasser,Strom, Heizung,Internet und Müll.
