Die WG ist im 3. Stock der Wohnanlage Von-Cramm-Straße 10. und Ca. 17 m² groß. Bett mit Matratze, großer Einbauschrank und Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sind vorhanden. Gemeinsam genutzt werden Bad und Küche mit Esstisch.

Das Wohnheim ist direkt auf dem Campus der Hochschule am Rand von Remagen. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, mit dem Bus sind es nur 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Von dort aus gibt es gute Anbindungen in Richtung Koblenz, Bonn und Köln.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut fußläuftg erreichbar, ins Zentrum sind es ca. 20 Minuten.
Ich bin 19 Jahre alt, studiere Sportmesizinische Technik im 2. Semester, bin gerne draußen in der Natur unterwegs und begeisterte mich für diverse Natursportarten.
Wenn du Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben gerne auch mit gemeinsamen Kochabenden und Unternehmungen hast melde dich gerne bei mir.
Die Vermietung läuft über das Studierendenwerk Koblenz. Voraussetzung ist ein Studium an der Hochschule oder der Universität Koblenz.
