Das Zimmer befindet sich im Neubau und ist sehr hell und freundlich. Das Haus ist ein altes Fachwerkhaus mit modernem Anbau in Holzständerwerk, Hof und Terrasse. Das Haus besitzt eine große Wohnküche (ca. 22qm - Küche mit Spülmaschine und Vorratskammer). Das Wohnzimmer ist offen in das verglaste Treppenhaus integriert und hat einen Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und Badewanne. Für Musiker interessant - im Wohnzimmer steht ein funktionierendes Klavier. Die Nachbarn waren bisher sehr übungstolerant.
Zum Haus gehört noch eine alte Katze, der ich einen Umzug nicht mehr zumuten möchte.
Das Haus befindet sich fünf Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und unmittelbar neben sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
