Ein helles und gemütliches 20m² Zimmer wartet bereits auf deinen Einzug. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 80m² groß und besitzt 2 Zimmer (wovon 1 Zimme deins ist), sowie Bad, Küche und Balkon.
Ich suche vor allem eine Mitbewohnerin, da ich schon seit vielen Jahren alleine lebe und das Zimmer sowieso zur Verfügung steht. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du mich bei Interesse nach einem Zimmer kontaktieren würdest. Besichtigung und Bezahlung können dann ganz individuell vereinbart werden mit mir.
Ruhigere Stadtteil in Remagen (Kripp) mit ca. 100m Fußweg zum Rhein und 5 min zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr.
Ich selbst bin 29 Jahre alt, habe in Remagen Mathematik studiert und arbeite seit 5 Jahren in Vollzeit, allerdings komplett von zu Hause im Home Office. Ich würde mir eine Mitbewohnerin vorstellen mit der man eine tolle gemeinsame Zeit verbringen kann. Gerne unterstütze ich auch beim Lernen :)
