The apartment is located in Reutlingen-Betzingen. Directly in front of the door is a Lidl and a bus stop from there you can take a bus within 10 minutes at Reutlingen Train Station. In the vicinity (approx. 10 min walk), there is also a railway station with good connections to Tübingen. The apartment is located in 1. There are three other parties in the house (including the landlords who are very friendly and helpful). There is also a balcony and garden for shared use.
Die Wohnung liegt in Reutlingen-Betzingen. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein Lidl sowie eine Bushaltestelle von dort aus ist man mit dem Bus innerhalb von 10 min. am Bahnhof Reutlingen. In der Nähe (ca. 10 min zu Fuß) befindet sich außerdem eine Bahnhaltestelle mit guter Anbindung nach Tübingen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, im Haus wohnen noch drei weitere Parteien (darunter auch die Vermieter, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind). Es gibt außerdem einen Balkon und Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
We are looking for a male temporary tenant from 1 September 2025 to 1 February 2026, as I do a semester abroad at this time. Preference is given to a quiet person who likes to cock :). You'd live with my friend, he's a student at Tübingen University, cocks and clashes in his spare time. You would have your own cozy room, my friend lives in the living room (which is connected to the dining room).
