Wer in einem schönen Altbau wohnen möchte, darf sich gerne melden. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Ein separates WC ist vorhanden. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken.. Platz für eine Waschmaschine ist in der Waschküche vorhanden.
Eine gute Atmosphäre und ein gutes Miteinander ist uns wichtig!
In ein paar Minuten sind 2 Bushaltestellen erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt am Fuß der Achalm und deshalb ist man schnell im Naherholungsgebiet.
Eine junge, kolumbianische Frau, die sehr freundlich ist.
Eine gute Hausgemeinschaft ist uns wichtig. Es gibt hier verschiedene WGs aus unterschiedliche Herkunftsländern.
