Achtung!!!:
The room is available only until end of August! After that you have to request for a room to GWG and you can only be accepted if you’re a student! The original price is 292€. The Price shown here is my discounted price which is only effective until end of August. After that you have to pay the original price every month to GWG.
Can’t be used for Rathaus Anmeldung as the room should be under my name until end of August 2020.
The room is at 6th floor (with a lift) which is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, an installed desk with many drawers and book shelves. There are a two doors wardrobe and a sink with mirror inside the room.
There’s a LAN connection and Free WiFi with high speed connection which has been included in the rental fee. No more unpredictable costs to pay.
The WG is 5 minutes walking to PENNY supermarkt and 5 minutes walking to the Hochschule Reutlingen. The Bus shelter is exactly in front of the apartment. There’s a Stadion, public outdoor gym, and many public parks in the beautiful nature within walking distance. The city centre can be reached by bus in 10min.
Most of the flatmates are the student of Hochschule Reutlingen from 6 different countries. At the moment there are 8 tenants (including me) with age between 22 and 41 years old. We like to cook together or to hang out at the balcony or dining room.
There are 4 toilet rooms and 4 shower rooms to be shared with others. We also share the Kitchen including the cooking stuffs, fridges and cupboards.
Although there’s a cleaning lady who comes few times in a week to clean the house, we all have to keep everything clean including doing the trash duty.
There are Washing machines and dryers in the 7th floor and bicycle storage at the ground floor which can be used for free.
I have to move out because I got an internship which is quite far from Reutlingen. My contract will be ended by the end of August 2020. If you‘re a student It can be extended until next semester (end of Feb 2021) or until next year (I will help you with the request).
I have paid the sharing cost for Radio, cleaning and cooking stuffs for one semester (total 15€) so you don’t have to pay it anymore.
