dies ist ein Zimmer im Studentenheim. Es liegt direkt an der FH, man ist allerdings mit dem Bus (hält direkt vor der Tür) auch in 5 min. in der Stadtmitte. Die Mitbewohner sind super nett, kommen aus England, USA, Deutschland etc.
Die riesige Gemeinschaftsküche / Aufenthaltsraum hat einen großen Fernseher, großen Balkon und gute Kochmöglichkeiten. Waschmaschinen können für 1 € benutzt werden im Haus.
Zimmer hat eigenes Waschbecken, ein Bett, großen neuen Schreibtisch und Schrank, Spiegelschränkchen und eine rießen Pinnwand.
175 € gilt für alle 6 Wochen vom 15. Juli bis zum 31. August, dann läuft der Mitvertrag aus. Inbegriffen sind Warmmiete, Strom, Wasser, Internetflat, Waschmittel, Klopapier und alles andere.
Und das Beste: Zweimal die Woche kommen die Putzfrauen!
