Hallo zusammen! Ich vermiete mein 12-qm Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim "Aquarium", das sich direkt neben dem Campus der Hochschule Reutlingen befindet. Außerdem befindet sich in der Nähe ein Penny, eine Bank und ein Döner. Es gibt eine gute Busverbindung in die Reutlinger Innenstadt und auch ein Park und das Reutlinger Schwimmbad können sehr einfach zu Fuß erreich werden. Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter, der in meinem Zimmer von Ende Juni bis Ende August 2015 wohnen möchte. Die Miete ist 250 Euro pro Monat mit allem inklusive (Wasser, Heizung, Internet, etc.). Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen Regal eingerichtet. Bei Interesse bitte bei mir unter folgender E-Mail-Adresse melden:

Das Studentenwohnheim "Aquarium" befindet sich direkt neben dem Campus der Hochschule Reutlingen, und weniger als eine Minute entfernt von der Bushaltestelle, von wo aus Busse direkt in die Innenstadt von Reutlingen fahren. Fünf Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Penny, eine Apotheke und der Campus Döner. Außerdem gibt es zwei Banken, eine Volksbank und eine Sparkasse.
The student dorm is located right next to the campus of Hochschule Reutlingen, and less than one minute away from busstop, that go to city center.
Five minuts away there is an Penny Markt, a pharmacy and the Campus Döner. As well you will find there the ATM's of Volksbank and Sparkasse.
