In unserem dreigeschossigen WG-Haus in der Innenstadt von Reutlingen ist ab sofort ein Zimmer frei und sucht einen neue/n Bewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist im zweiten Stock gelegen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Regal + Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch + Stuhl und Fernseher, der TV müsste extra abgelöst werden). Im Haus befinden sich 11 Zimmer unterschiedlichster Größe, eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Kellerraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner (mit Münzautomat), 3 Duschbäder und 3 extra WC-Bäder. Außerdem steht ein großer Hof mit Terrasse zur Verfügung. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bäder, Flur) werden wöchentlich einmal von einer Reinigungskraft gereinigt.

A room is available immediately in our three-storey shared house in the center of Reutlingen and is looking for a new resident. The room is located on the second floor. The room is furnished (bed, shelf + clothes rail, desk + chair, shelf and TV, the TV would have to be replaced). In the house there are 11 rooms of different sizes, a large communal kitchen, a cellar room with washing machines and dryers (coin-operated), 3 shower rooms and 3 extra toilet rooms. There is also a large courtyard with a terrace. The communal areas (kitchen, bathrooms, hallway) are cleaned once a week by a cleaner.
Von hier bist du in wenigen Minuten in der belebten Reutlinger Innenstadt und erreichst fußläufig viele Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und das Kino. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es auch nur 1 Minute Fußweg. Der Bus fährt in ca. 15 Minuten direkt zur Hochschule Reutlingen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort fahren Busse und Bahnen in jede Richtung. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der nächste größere Rewe (BIS 24 UHR OFFEN!) ist auch in unter 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.

From here you are in the lively Reutlingen city center in a few minutes and can reach many stores, bars, restaurants and the cinema on foot. The nearest bus stop is also only a 1-minute walk away. The bus goes directly to Reutlingen University in about 15 minutes. The main train station is about 7 minutes walk away. From there, buses and trains go in every direction. In the immediate vicinity there are many shopping opportunities and the nearest larger Rewe (OPEN UNTIL midnight!) is also under 10 minutes walk away.
Wir sind eine ganz bunt gemischte Truppe aus Studenten (alle Hochschule Reutlingen) und Praktikanten (bspw. Hugo Boss oder Bosch) verschiedener Nationalitäten. Wir nutzen vor allem die Zeit in der Küche zum quatschen, Kochen und Zeit zu verbringen. Gerne schmeißen wir auch mal eine WG-Party.

We are a diverse group of students (all from Reutlingen University) and interns (e.g. Hugo Boss or Bosch) of different nationalities. We mainly use the time in the kitchen to chat, cook and spend time together. We also like to throw a WG party sometimes.
Wir sind auch der Suche nach einer Studentin/einem Studenten oder einer Praktikantin/Praktikant. Wenn du Interesse hast, Teil dieses WG-Hauses zu werden, schreibe mir gerne eine kurze Nachricht mit ein paar Worten zu deiner Person. Eine Besichtigung (auch online möglich) ist nach vorheriger Vereinbarung natürlich auch möglich und erwünscht! :)
