2 girls WG for one year 2er Mädels-WG für ein Jahr

Our beautiful WG is located on the edge of the Reutlinger city centre, so you can walk about five minutes to the city centre. Bus stops to the university are directly two houses next door, but otherwise we will be happy to go to university and then you will be around 30min. By bus about s less than 10. :)

Unsere schöne WG liegt am Rand der Reutlinger Innenstadt, sodass man etwa fünf Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum läuft. Bushaltestellen zur Uni sind direkt zwei Häuser nebenan, ansonsten laufen wir aber ab und zu auch gern zur Uni, dann ist man etwa 30min unterwegs. Mit dem Bus etwa s weniger als 10. :)

Jessi and I, Jantje, have moved together in September last year and now both go abroad for one semester and then to the internship, which is why we are both gone a whole year. For us, it would be perfect if you were to move into two and knew you best before.

Jessi und ich, Jantje, sind im September letzten Jahres zusammen eingezogen und gehen jetzt beide für ein Semester ins Ausland und anschließend ins Praktikum, weshalb wir beide ein gesamtes Jahr weg sind. Für uns wäre es perfekt, wenn ihr zu zweit einzieht und euch am Besten auch schon vorher kanntet.

Best of all, you are two and girls, as our landlords only rent to female students. The stated costs are per person (400€ rent, 22,50€ internet, 1,50€ household, 40€ electricity). Other costs also include broadcasting fees and we would also take a small deposit for the furniture if something should happen. We need to discuss how much that will be exactly. :
In general, we ourselves also lack one or other piece of furniture. There will be something else before you get involved.
Generally, however, we would leave everything in the WG, except our personal stuff, of course, so you don't have to bring anything (possibly only your own mattress). Decoration, dishes, pots, furniture etc. remains for eich for use there. :

Am Besten seid ihr zu zweit und Mädels, da unsere Vermieter nur an weibliche Studentinnen vermieten. Die angegebenen Kosten sind pro Person (400€ Miete, 22,50€ Internet, 1,50€ Hausrat, 40€ Strom). Zu den sonstigen Kosten kommen noch die Rundfunk Gebühren dazu und wir würden auch noch eine kleine Kaution für die Möbel nehmen, falls etwas passieren sollte. Wie viel das genau sein wird, müssten wir nochmal besprechen. :)
Generell fehlt uns selbst auch noch das ein oder andere Möbelstück. Da wird bevor ihr einziehen werdet, auch noch etwas dazukommen.
Generell würden wir aber alles in der WG lassen, außer unseren persönlichen Kram natürlich, sodass ihr nichts mitbringen müsst (evtl. nur eigene Matratze). Deko, Geschirr, Töpfe, Möbel etc. bleibt für eich zur Benutzung dort. :)
