Wir suchen einen netten Nachmieter/in für unsere WG. Wir wohnen in einem schönen alten Gerberhaus direkt in der Innenstadt. Mit ingesamt 320qm Wohnfläche, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten wird es in unserer 8-er Wg auch nicht zu eng.
Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß,ist schön hell, hat einen alten Dielenboden und liegt im zweiten Stock.
Liegt direkt an der Nikolaikirche.
Alles direkt zu Fuß erreichbar, ZOB in 2 Minuten, HBF in 5 Minuten
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine bunte Mischung aus Arbeitswütigen und Studenten im Alter von 25 bis 40
