Da ich nun die Hochschule wechsle suche ich jemanden für mein geliebtes Zimmer.
Ich würde es gerne möbliert vermieten und 500 Euro für die Möbel haben. Alles auf dem Bild bis auf Spiegel, Teppich und Lampe wäre dann im Zimmer. Das Bücherregal und der Schreibtisch waren schon im Zimmer, gehören mir also nicht. Bitte nur melden, wenn du die Möbel auch übernehmen würdest.

gute Verkehrsanbindung, da in der Nähe von der Stadtmitte
Die Warmmiete beträgt insgesamt 390,00 Euro (15 Euro Internet sind extra zu zahlen). Bis jetzt mussten wir noch nie wegen Nebenkosten nachzahlen o.ä. Das Zimmer hat einen relativ großen Balkon und vom Fenster kann man direkt auf Reutlingens Stadtmitte schauen. Es gibt lediglich eine Schlüsselkaution von 30,00 Euro.
Einzug ist auch früher möglich.
