In unserem dreigeschossigen WG-Haus in der Innenstadt von Reutlingen wird ab 01. Mai 2024 ein Zimmer im 1. Obergeschoss frei. Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert, es hat einen Erker zum Hinterhof. Im Haus ( schöner Altbau) befinden sich 11 Zimmer unterschiedlichster Größe, eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Kellerraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner (mit Münzautomat), 3 Duschbäder und 3 extra WC-Bäder. Außerdem steht ein großer Hof mit Terrasse zur Verfügung. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bäder, Flur) werden regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Kleiderschrank, Regal, Matratze). Es fehlt ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Vermieter beteiligt sich gegebenenfalls in Absprache an den Kosten beim Kauf dieser Möbel.

We look for a new roommate in our WG house! The room is only partly furnished as the room is newly renovated. The WG house has 11 rooms of different sizes, a big kitchen for all of us, a big cellar with washing machines and dryers (coin-operated), 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We also have a big yard with a patio. The common rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways) get cleaned regularly.

Von hier bist du in wenigen Minuten in der belebten Reutlinger Innenstadt und erreichst fußläufig viele Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es auch nur 1 Minuten Fußweg. Der Bus fährt auch in ca. 15 Minuten direkt zur Hochschule Reutlingen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Von dort fahren Busse und Bahnen in jede Richtung. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der nächste größere REWE (bis 24 Uhr offen !!!) ist auch nur 8 Minuten entfernt.

Our WG house is centered in the Reutlinger downtown so that you can get to any bar, restaurant or shop by foot in little time. The next bus stop is 1 minute away and you can take the bus to the Reutlinger University directly (15 minutes). The central station is 10 minutes away (by foot). From there, you can take the bus or train anywhere. There are many possibilities to shop, the next supermarket is 8 minutes away.

Wir sind eine ganz bunt gemischte Truppe aus Studenten verschiedener Nationalitäten. Wir nutzen vor allem die Zeit in der Küche zum Quatschen, Kochen und Zeit zu verbringen. Gerne schmeißen wir auch mal eine WG Party!

We are a very mixed group out of people from different nationalities. We especially like to use the time in our kitchen to talk, cook and to spend time together! We also like to do WG partys!

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem Studentin/Studenten, Praktikantin/Praktikant. Wenn du Interesse hast, Teil dieses WG-Hauses zu werden, schreibe mir gerne eine kurze Nachricht mit ein paar Worten zu deiner Person. Eine Besichtigung (auch online) ist nach vorheriger Vereinbarung natürlich auch möglich und erwünscht :)).
