Biete ein super schönes Zimmer mit 12 qm, hohen Decken, Stuck in ruhiger Nachbarschaft und doch total zentral an.
Zimmer, Bad und Küche wurden erst vor ein paar Jahren saniert.
Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie REWE, Bankautomat und Fitnessstudio. Auch die Altstadt ist nur einen Katzensprung weit weg.
Zwei Studis suchen noch nach weiterer Unterstützung für die WG.
Im Haus gibt es drei WGs, die alle an junge Leute (Studenten, Praktikanten, Berufsanfänger) vermietet sind. Hier findet man schnell Anschluss.
Im Garten steht ein schöner Steingrill, sowie Bierbänke und ein Tisch, an dem ihr gemütlich zusammensitzen könnt.
Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner im Keller können kostenfrei mitbenutzt werden.
Da zum 01.03. noch ein weiteres Zimmer in der WG frei wird, fragt auch gerne zu Zweit an.
Mindestmietdauer bis 30.09.2024, sehr gerne aber auch länger. :)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, hierfür fallen 20 Euro zusätzlich pro Monat an.
