Das Zimmer ist 17,35qm groß, bietet viel Tageslicht und ist gut geschnitten, um Bett, Kleiderschrank/Kommode, Schreibtisch, usw. problemlos unterzubringen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem teilrenoviert und ist sehr geräumig mit Wohnzimmer, neuer Küche inkl. Sitzecke, Bad und separatem WC. Zudem steht ein Kellerraum als Abstellraum zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Hochschule, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (E-Center & Lidl), Bosch oder die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Meine Mitbewohner sind beide sehr nett und suchen nach jemandem, der offen ist um auch mal gemeinsam zu kochen oder zusammenzusitzen um ein Bier/Wein zu trinken. Da die Zimmertüren meist offen sind, herrscht allgemein eine sehr offene und vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre. Wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte, ist dies natürlich auch möglich.
