Hier wird ein sehr schönes und helles Zimmer angeboten!
Im unteren Stock ist ein großes offenes Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Tischkicker, Couch und dem großen Balkon. Die Küche ist zwar abgetrennt, verfügt aber über eine Durchreiche zum Esstisch. Außerdem gibt es unten auch noch eine Gästeklo.
Die drei Zimmer, sowie das große Bad, liegen im oberen Stock der Maisonette Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Allerdings bekommt man von diesem überhaupt nichts mit. Zur Bushaltestelle Richtung Hochschule sind es zu Fuß 5min.
Neben mir wohnen aktuell noch Simi und Maxi in der WG. Allerdings ziehen Simi und ich aus. Somit kannst du auch gern noch dein Kumpel/Kumpeline motivieren mit dir hier einzuziehen.
Das Zimmer wäre frei ab dem 01.08.2019.
Da ein anderer Mitbewohner ebenfalls zu diesem Zeitpunkt auszieht habt ihr auch die Möglichkeit zu zweit anzufragen, da zwei Zimmer ab August frei werden :)
