Das Haus, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist ein wunderschöner Altbau. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, wobei das EG und der erste Stockwerk auch an Studenten vermietet ist.
Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und für €70,- Abstandszahlung auch möbliert mit Bett, 2x Kabinett, Schreibtisch mit Lampe, und Kleiderstange :). Zu der Wohnung gehören noch eine große Wohnküche (mit Esstisch, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine), ein Lagerraum, eine großer Flur der manchmal als auch Wohnzimmer oder Tanzfläche benutzt wird, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Klo. Außerdem hat die Wohnung eine Garten mit einem Grill, wo im Sommer das beste Essen zubereitet wird. Als Lager-Möglichkeiten gibt es einen großen Dachboden (nur für unsere WG) und Keller, wo sich auch die Waschmachinne befindet.

The house in which the apartment is located in a beautiful old building. The apartment is located on the second floor, whereas the ground floor and the first floor is also rented to students. The room is 13 square meters and for €70,- also furnished with a bed, 2x cabinet, desk with lamp, and clothes rail :). The apartment has a large kitchen (with dining table, refrigerator and dishwasher), an extra storage room, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and a large hallway which is sometimes also used as a living room or dancefloor. The apartment also has a garden with a barbecue, where, in the summer, the best food is being prepared. As storage possibilities, there is a large attic (just for our flat) and cellar, where the washing machine is also located.
Es handelt sich um ein großes-Mehrfamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Umgebung. McFit (Gym) ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß, genau wie die Bushaltestelle zur Hochschule. In der Innenstadt ist man mit dem Bus in 5 min. und zu Fuß in ungefähr 8min. Man ist auch mit einem direkten Bus in 10 min am Hauptbahnhof.
Es gibt 2 Rewe Supermärkte, wovon eine bis 00:00 geöffnet hat, die beide 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind. Auch gibt es einen Lidl und riesigen EDEKA, beide ca. 8 min. zu Fuß. Auch das P&K (Club) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und einfach von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen ;).
Alles in allem vor allem für Studenten eine ideale Lage mit schneller Anbindung zur Hochschule und hohem Freizeitwert durch unmittelbare Nähe zum Reutlingen Stadtleben.

It is a big house in a quiet neighbourhood. McFit (gym) is a 2-minute walk, as is the bus stop to the university. The city centre is just 5 min. by bus and 10 min. by foot. Also, the main train station is easily accessible with a direct bus in just 10 minutes.
There are 2 Rewe supermarkets, one of which is open until 00:00, that both are just 4 minutes walk away. There is also a Lidl and huge EDEKA, both about 8 minutes walk. Also, P&K (Club) is in the immediate vicinity and easy to get home from after a night out ;).
All in all, an ideal location, especially for students, with quick access to the university and all facilities needed.
Wir sind insgesamt 4 Studenten, alle in verschiedenen Studiengängen der Hochschule Reutlingen eingeschrieben. Wir trinken gerne mal Abends zusammen etwas und grillen mit Freunden (wenn es das gute schwäbische Wetter anbietet) im Garten. Es ist jedoch auch kein Problem sich selber zurückzuziehen und seinen Freiraum zu genießen.
Zu den Nachbarn haben wir ein sehr freundliches und entspanntes Verhältnis.

We are a total of 4 students that are all following different programs at Reutlingen University. We like to have a drink together in the evening or having a barbecue with friends in the garden. However, it is also no problem to retreat and enjoy your own space.
We have a very friendly and relaxed relationship with the neighbours.
