ich biete hier ein schönes, sehr helles Zimmer mit 15qm Wohnfläche an.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem neu saniertem Gebäude mit sehr guter Lage. Fenster, Heizung und Wände sind neuwertig. Durch die 3 Fenster und die hohe Decke ist das Zimmer schön hell und es scheint toll die Sonne herein. Das kleine Bad mit Dusche und Wc hat ein großes Badfenster. Einrichtungstechnisch ist die WG gut ausgestattet: Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Herd mit Backofen, etc. sind vorhanden.
Die Nebenkosten betragen monatlich 120 Euro. In den Nebenkosten ist alles inklusive. Telefon bzw. Internetanschluss wird WG intern gelöst.
Die WG liegt super zentral im Herzen von Reutlingen! Einkaufmöglichkeiten sowie der REWE sind 50 m entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Mit dem Bus braucht man zur Hochschule gerade einmal 5 Min. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr zentral.
Die WG besteht insgesamt nur aus 2 Mitbewohnern. Daher ist das WG Leben locker und unkompliziert.
Fahrrad- Stellplatz ist vorhanden.
