wunderschönes und geräumiges WG Zimmer in einer gepflegten 3er-WG in der Innenstadt von Reutlingen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die Küche eingerichtet. Es gibt ein separates WC und ein Duschbad mit Waschtisch und WC. Alles toll eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung wird mit einer Fußbodenheizung beheizt.
Im Keller kann eine Waschmaschine gegen geringes Entgelt mitbenutzt werden. Dort kann auch Wäsche getrocknet werden.
Ein Fahrradstellplatz ist geschützt und überdacht hinter dem Haus verfügbar.
Das Haus hat insgesamt 4 Wohnungen. Dort sind 3er und 4er-WG´untergebracht. Es ist sehr hochwertig und hat einen Hausmeisterservice.
Im Mietpreis ist alles drin, auch Wlan. Nur noch die GEZ kommt dazu.
Toplage - Innenstadt Reutlingen - gegenüber Echazzentrum - Fußweg: 20 Min zum Bahnhof, 10 Min zum Krankenhaus, 15 Min zur ESB, 5 Min zur Bushaltestelle, super zentral und doch nicht direkt an einer Hauptstraße.
miteinander kochen, quatschen und was unternehmen.... hier kein Problem. Die 2 Jungs die auch noch dort leben sind Studenten und Masterstudenten. Sehr gepflegt und sauber... und super nett!
