Hallo,
ich suche ein Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Spätestens zum 01.05.16. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön wie ihr auch in den Bildern seht und hat einen Zugang zum Balkon ;) das Sofa und das Bett würde ich gerne da lassen, aber falls du deine eigene Möbel mitbringen willst ist da auch kein Problem :)
die Lage ist wirklich gut. Zur Hochschule hat man zu Fuß ca. 15 min und zum Westbahnhof sinds nur 5min. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch geboten ;)
Unsere wg ist noch ziemlich neu. Zum 01.04 sind Larissa (23) und Tanja (20) eingezogen, zwei wirkliche nette Mädels die an der Hochschule studieren:) ansonsten haben wir bisher immer gerne mal Zsm gekocht oder auch mal nen Film geschaut, aber falls du dich mal zurückziehen willst ist das auch kein Problem ;)
Die Miete 370€ sind bereits warm und WLAN + Telefon ist in dem Preis bereist auch mit drin ;)
