Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und hell. Es hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem riesigen Balkon, was es im Sommer besonders macht. Ideal zum Grillen und Chillen. Es gibt einen Arbeitstisch und eine Matratze, aber nicht mehr die Paletten (Dies sind die alten Bilder, Paletten gehörten jemand anderem). Es gibt auch Möbel im Abstellraum und Sie können diese jederzeit nutzen.
Der Bus- und Bahnhof ist 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso das Stadtzentrum. direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich Volkspark und Pomologie. Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Die Leute, die in der WG wohnen, sind super chillig, auch die Vermieterin. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Erdgeschoss und würde Sie nie mit dem belästigen, was Sie oben tun.Die Waschmaschine gehört dem Eigentümer, also müssen Sie dafür bezahlen.
