Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines sanierten Altbaus. Das Zimmer besitzt einen großen Balkon und 2 große Fenster, sowie ein kleines Fenster. In der Wohnung gibt es eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein Tageslichtbad. Waschmaschine kann in der Waschküche aufgestellt werden. Die Wohnung ist durch die Helligkeit schön warm. Im Sommer kann der Garten mitgenutzt werden. Es gibt eine angrenzende Scheune und einen Gewölbekeller. Dort können diverse Gegenstände platziert werden. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es fusselig 3 min. Die Fahrt nach RT dauert 17 min.
Am Ort gibt es 2 Bäckereien und eine Mühle, in der alles Nötige gekauft werden kann. Es gibt Sportmöglichkeiten, man ist sofort mitten in der Natur aber auch in 15 Minuten in RT oder Tübingen.
Bis jetzt bewohnen 2Frauen und ein Mann die WG. Es wird miteinander gekocht und geredet und das Verhältnis ist locker und nett.
