Hallo Mädels,
ich (Amelie) und meine Mitbewohnerin (Laura,24) suchen eine nette Nachfolgerin für mich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Wohngegend mit tollem Ausblick ins Grüne.
Die HS Reutlingen ist mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 15min und mit dem Auto in knappen 5min zu erreichen.
Mit kurzem Fußweg ist auch die Bushaltestelle in der Ortsmitte erreichbar, um mit dem Bus in 15min nach Reutlingen Zentrum zu fahren.
Die Warmmiete + Internet/Telefon beträgt voraussichtlich 285€.
Keine Kaution/ Provision, aber eine einmalige Renovierungspauschale von 300€.
